Cancellation & Late Arrival Policies

All appointments require a $50 deposit to book and reserve your appointment time. Morpheus8 appointments require a $150 deposit. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking, with no exceptions.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact Sunrise Skin & Wellness as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. You may text us at 813-738-1971 to let us know that you are unable to attend.

  • Cancellations:
    Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-Shows:
    Patients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment fee or the full cost of the procedure booked, as applicable.
  • Late Arrivals:
    Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will be considered a cancellation, and the appointment will be automatically cancelled. The full appointment or procedure fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you know or think you may be late, please text us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made when you notify us at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
