Integration Therapy

Making meaning from profound experiences — and carrying those insights into everyday life.

Integration therapy offers a supportive space to prepare for meaningful personal experiences and to process the insights, emotions, perspectives, and questions that may emerge afterward. The focus is not on the experience itself, but on what you do with it — translating insight into meaningful, sustainable change.

Insight is only the beginning.

Profound experiences can change the way we see ourselves, our relationships, our past, and what matters most to us. But an insight — no matter how powerful — does not automatically change the way we live.

Integration is the process of slowing down, exploring what arose, making meaning from the experience, and considering how those insights might be incorporated into everyday life.

At Sunrise Skin & Wellness, integration therapy provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for reflection, curiosity, and personal growth. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, patterns, values, and perspectives that arise and identify ways to translate them into lasting, meaningful change.

Preparation

Approach the experience with intention.

Preparation sessions can provide space to explore your intentions, expectations, fears, emotional readiness, personal history, support system, and what you hope to learn about yourself.

Preparation does not involve obtaining, recommending, prescribing, or facilitating the use of psychedelic substances. Instead, the focus is on helping you approach personally chosen experiences with greater self-awareness, intentionality, and psychological grounding.

Integration

Turn insight into action.

Following a profound or personally meaningful experience, integration sessions provide space to explore what emerged and how it may relate to your life.

We may explore relationships, behavioral patterns, identity, values, self-compassion, boundaries, purpose, habits, or changes in perspective — with the goal of helping insights become part of meaningful, sustainable growth.

Clarifying what matters to you and what you hope to understand.

Exploring your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Values & Purpose

The experience may open the door. Integration is how we decide what to carry through it.

My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and the belief that meaningful change often begins when we feel safe enough to examine ourselves honestly.

I don't believe that transformation comes from someone else telling you what an experience meant. My role is to help you slow down, remain curious, explore what surfaced, and discover what meaning it holds for you.

Sometimes the most important shifts are not dramatic. They are changes in how we relate to ourselves, how we respond to old patterns, how we connect with others, and how intentionally we choose to live.
