Cancellation and Late Policies

All appointments require a $50 deposit and the Morpheus8 a $150 deposit to book and secure block in schedule. Deposit must be paid on the day of booking. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact Sunrise as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Text 813-738-1971 and let us know you are unable to attend your appointment.

The deposit is required when booking, no exceptions. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from appointment time will lose deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee or the full cost of the procedure.

Late arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment is automatically cancelled & you will be charged the full amount for the appointment or procedure you booked. No refunds are processed.

If you know or think you are going to be late, please text me and let me know. I am able to make exceptions if you notify me less than 20 minutes prior to your appointment.
